Read: Ecclesiastes 11

Today Solomon turns to investment advice. In our house, Dave takes care of our investment portfolio, following the advice of a financial manager. It seems to me that Solomon’s advice is as good as anyone. His perspective: DIVERSIFY.

Balance seems to be the key to successful living. He says in all of life, daily activity and long term investments : don’t put all of your eggs in one basket. You don’t know which activity or investment will produce the greatest return.

Even in life – whether young or old – remember to enjoy what you have, where you are. Anything other than this is meaningless.

Are you longing for something you don’t have? Waiting to proceed until you “know for sure” how things will turn out? Don’t wait. Do something now. Step out. Take a chance.
